Fairly clean hotel with very good breakfast. Central heating, flat-screen TV, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room and the comfortable bed. Clean private bathroom. Easy to get to, best possible and handy location near to the main sights, and local super market. Amazing food in the restaurants such as Asahi, located 10 min away...

Courtyard, breakfast, location is excellent, responsive staff, great price.

Consider requesting a room with a courtyard view for a peaceful night's sleep. It makes a significant difference in noise levels during your stay.

The staff is very attentive, breakfast is good, there is a coffee machine, juice, croissants, cereals with milk, yogurt.

There's a smell of damp in the room.

The charming courtyard view was a tranquil retreat after busy days. The soft light filtering through the double-glazed windows added an enchanting touch to my cozy room.

It was cozy and newly renovated, but definitely on the smaller side. The view into the little courtyard was charming, perfect for some quiet moments. The only tricky part was the sliding bathroom door, which took some getting used to. Navigating the narrow stairs with my suitcase was a bit of a challenge.

Good location, close to large streets and trains stations; easy check- in.

Poor Cleanliness: I found a rat inside the room at night.

Good location - it's just 200 meters from metro station Mouten Duvernet, line 4. This line is going directly to Paris centre - Oden, St-Michel, Cite, Chtelet.. - it's very comfortable. Line 6 - which is leading you directly to Eiffel tour - is also very closed to the hotel. The district is quiet and safe, with a lot of cafe and shops. But this is - only the plus. Единственный плюс этого отеля - хорошее местоположение. Очень близко 4 линия метро, которая минут за 20 доставит вас в центр города.Не пересаживаясь, вы легко доберетесь и до Нотр-Дама, и до Люксембургского сада и Латинского квартала, и до пл. Сент-Мишель и Сент-Жерменского предместья и т.д. Район тоже неплохой, спокойный. рядом с отелем - небольшая шопинговая улица (кому это интересно), особенно много обувных магазинов. Но для нас это не имело никакой ценности, цель была другая - увидеть Париж ))

Very poor hotel: damp room, old dirty wall-paper, having a hole linoleum on the floor, there is kettle for tea - but wth cracked caps. Even no soap in the toilet... Отель больше походит на плохонькую гостиницу советского периода в каком-нибудь отдаленном районном центре. Честно говоря, я и в те давние времена такой не встречала. Обшарпанные обои, грязноватые шторы на окне, пол покрыт линолеумом, да к тому же еще и дырявым. Дыра просто-напросто заклеена скотчем. Одно из кроватных покрывал тоже было дырявым, поэтому его постелили наизнанку. И очень влажно: думаю, что в жаркую погоду будет очень душно, а зимой - холодно. Но комната, по меркам Парижа, довольно просторная и постелное белье было чистым. Но - в туалете даже не было мыла !!!! Хорошо, что я прихватила с собой. И можно, в качестве плюса, добавить еще наличие электрочайника. Но - опять же - из 3-х чайных чашек не было ни одной без изъяна: все или с трещиной, или с щербинкой. Мы - люди неприхотливые, особенно мои муж и сын, наша цель была - сам Париж. По сравнению с этим, все эти гостиничные минусы - ничто. В отель мы возвращались поздно, только, чтобы переночевать. Но все же - это худший из 4-х отелей, в котором я останавливалась в Париже. Честно говоря, просто не успела отменить регистрацию: во всех отелях бесплатная отмена - за 2 дня до заезда, а в этом - за 3. Оотмена брони за 2 дня стоит 51 евро. Жалко было отдавать деньги за "просто так", поэтому решили остановиться в нем, тем более - всего на 2 ночи. Не рекомендую... даже, если очень хочется сэкономить, за эту же цену можно найти более приличный.

The breakfast featured baked croissants and baguettes that filled the air with a good aroma every morning. Staff members were warm and always willing to help. The room was cozy yet quite small, with barely enough space for movement. While the bathroom sliding door was a unique touch, it took some getting used to.

The location is excellent. Metro station is just 2 minutes walk away. It is not the best hotel in the world but it is cheap and it is very good for its cheapness. The room was clean and comfortable. Internet is free, which is great.

Our room was a bit noisy because it was seeing the road. And there wasnt any soap in the room, we had to wash our hands with shampoo.

The location was perfect for exploring popular spots like the Luxembourg Gardens. The breakfast included warm croissants that filled the air with a good aroma. The staff were cute and eager to help.

My wife says that navigating the narrow stairs was a bit tricky with all our luggage.
